But did they really vanish…or simply downsize? Drumheller, Alberta (about an hour northeast of Calgary) is dino country. Not only do you see dinosaurs of every persuasion on playground lots, grocery stores, bus stops…any spare corner that looked like it needed a snarly toothed critter to stare at passers by. 32 Days and Counting (May 10, 2008) They say that anticipation is half the fun. Combine that with preparation and I’m not sure if that decreases the percentage or not. Either way, I’ve got roughly a month to prepare for what some would call, in the face of today’s soaring gas prices, an insane journey. My somewhat laid back, I hope, four footed feline Mouchie and I will be leaving our little island home and heading east to explore my newly adopted country, Canada. We will be travelling in Ezzie, my bigger than a van but not as big as a [View Full Entry]
